The standard beta editing period runs for seven days from when you start. New registrations through /powerednow receive 30 days instead. An existing trial is not restarted or extended by opening a different invite page. No card is required, no subscription is created and nothing is charged at the end. Payments and paid plans will be introduced separately after beta feedback.

Your email account

Open the secure link sent to your email and choose Continue to verify your account. Sign in with the same email on another device to reopen your saved lists. Links expire after 15 minutes and work once; account sessions last up to 30 days. Your trial starts when your new account is verified. Signing in again does not restart it. After your editing period ends, you can still view, export and remove your records.

Older browser-only beta users should choose Secure my saved list in the original browser before signing out or clearing browser data. We link that list only after email verification and proof of the original session. Keep a CSV backup; this beta should not be your only record of completed work.

What you can try

Upload Excel or CSV, add and edit customers, record completed services, filter due dates, fuel types and engineers, and compare neighbouring months on the postcode map. This beta does not optimise driving routes, make bookings or send reminders to your customers. Always check service requirements before changing a visit’s timing.

Your records

You are responsible for having permission to upload customer information and for checking imported dates, notes and descriptions. Postcode locations are approximate. Keep your original spreadsheet and export updates regularly. You can delete customers in your list or request account deletion through support.
